San Jose, CA — February 2012— Tillotson brings more than three decades of benefits and human resources expertise to his new position.  With a career that began in human resources Bernie has built numerous successful HR departments for distinguished corporations such as Ross Stores and Orchard Supply Hardware. Along with a comprehensive expertise in general insurance, he specializes in self-funded health & welfare plans including alternative funding arrangements.

Bernie graduated from California State University Hayward with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Industrial Relations/Economics.
